The IEEE PES Student Branch Chapter here at UoM were awarded the IEEE Region 8 award for Best Medium Sized Student Branch Chapter. This award was announced last weekend, which is based on the events we organised in 2018 when James was the chair of the committee. More details please click here.
This award is marked against of the student branches from all IEEE societies across Region 8 (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Really grateful for all the contributions from our committee members. This award is truly a great honour for all of us and will be inspiring for all future committees.
