The workshop was a joint event held with IEEE Young Professionals, the University of Manchester, and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

The workshop aimed to provide attendees with tools to enable better self-assessment of personality traits, gaps in desired competences and potential ways of abridging deficiencies whilst maximising proven strengthens.
